Oasis Dental Studio Annual Gala 2026: Celebrating Our People and Achievements

The Oasis Dental Studio Annual Gala 2026 was a special evening dedicated to the people behind our practices. It gave us an opportunity to step away from our usual routines, come together as one team and celebrate the commitment, care and hard work shown by our staff throughout the year.

With team members joining us from across our practices, the gala was about more than recognising individual achievements. It was a celebration of the relationships, shared values and collective effort that help make Oasis Dental Studio what it is today.

Bringing the Oasis Dental Studio Team Together

With practices located across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, our teams do not often have the opportunity to gather in the same place. The Annual Gala creates a special moment for staff from Broadbeach, Palm Beach, Ferry Road, Chirn Park, West End, Pottsville and Brighton to reconnect, meet colleagues from other locations and celebrate together.

Although each Oasis Dental Studio practice has its own team and local community, we are all connected by a shared commitment to supporting our patients and delivering Dentistry Done Differently.

The evening also gave our clinical, administration, management and support teams the chance to relax and enjoy each other’s company outside the practice environment. These moments help strengthen the connections between our locations and remind us that every person plays an important role in the wider Oasis Dental Studio group.

An Evening of Dinner, Awards and Dancing

The night began with dinner, giving everyone time to catch up, share stories and reflect on another busy year across the group.

The awards ceremony followed, recognising team members whose contributions, dedication and achievements deserved to be celebrated. The awards were a chance to acknowledge the people who consistently support their colleagues, contribute to a positive workplace and help provide a thoughtful experience for every patient who visits an Oasis Dental Studio practice.

Once the formalities were complete, it was time for dancing. The dance floor brought everyone together for a fun and energetic end to the evening, with plenty of memorable moments shared across the team.
