Dr Andrew Firgaira is the Founder and Clinical Director of Oasis Dental, a premium dental group established in 2009 following his graduation from the University of Adelaide in 2005. Over the past 15+ years, he has built a reputation for delivering highly complex, outcome-driven dentistry, grounded in precision, structure and long-term clinical integrity.
After completing advanced training in orthodontics and a Master’s in Implant Dentistry, Andrew’s clinical focus has evolved toward full-arch implant rehabilitation. He has performed full-arch procedures for over a decade and now practices exclusively in this field, with a particular focus on advanced implant reconstruction and comprehensive case management.
Andrew is recognised for his disciplined, systems-based approach to treatment planning and execution. His work combines surgical precision with restorative excellence, underpinned by workflows designed to deliver consistent, predictable outcomes. His philosophy centres on restoring not only function and aesthetics, but confidence – through a level of care defined by clarity, control and clinical excellence.

The exact moment that I decided I wanted to become a dentist was…
Long story short, during Year 12 I was trying to figure out what to apply for and I was convinced by a friend at the time that dentistry would be my ideal job. I liked the idea of healthcare and helping people but was also interested in running my own business. Dentistry seemed like a good mix so the two of us both became dentists
What I enjoy most about my job is…
Helping patients improve their oral health and function. I also find it rewarding to be involved in comprehensive treatment planning where both functional and aesthetic considerations are addressed.

Dental Implantology. I completed my Masters in Implantology in 2012 and enjoy all aspects of surgical and restorative Implantology.
