Hannah prides herself on her gentle-natured approach and her thoroughness in ensuring that her patients understand their treatment options. With a command of all aspects of general dentistry, Hannah focuses her time providing restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, implant restorations), Invisalign and dentofacial aesthetic injectables.
To consolidate all of her previous training and knowledge in facial aesthetic injectables, Dr Hannah completed her Masters of Science (Aesthetic Medicine) which is a focus of her practice. Hannah makes use of muscle relaxant injections, dermal fillers and Profhilo treatments to help her patients find their aesthetic potential. She also helps patients manage symptoms of clenching jaw muscles and headaches with muscle relaxant injections.
Exciting advancements in digital technology and digital smile design are of particular interest and a belief that we should never stop learning ensures that attending continuing education courses is a regular occurrence for Hannah. Hannah understands that a trip to the dentist can be difficult for some people due to anxiety around previous experiences and will ensure you are looked after with patience and care second to none. For those extra anxious patients, Hannah is able to perform treatment under General Anaesthetic sedation in our Oasis Day Surgery.

The exact moment that I decided I wanted to become a dentist…
I can’t say there was an exact moment that I realised I wanted to become a dentist, although I knew it was always going to be something in the health field. Like many seventeen-year-olds, fresh out of high school I’d made several applications to different health-related Bachelor degree programs around Australia. I believe there were several offers in different fields however for some very happy coincidence I chose the Dental program at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. Little did I realise, this career path would suit me to perfection! A blend of health science, one on one connection with the individuals I treat, and the hands-on artistry that is dentistry!
What I love most about my job…
The part of my job I love the most is the feeling of satisfaction when I have made a positive impact on someone when I know I’ve applied my skills and knowledge in such a way that has brought about the best outcome possible for my patient. I strive to bring my patients through the process of understanding their condition to deliver them to a stable oral health state.
My favourite type of dental treatment…
In this day and age of dentistry, no treatment is necessarily undertaken or planned in isolation. I regularly use a combination of treatments to bring my patients the results they deserve across the full complement of available procedures. For me, it’s key to the treatment plan, allowing me to bring in a wide range of treatment options to my patients and then we can plan together for what option suits them in the short to medium and long term.
If I wasn’t a dentist…
I’d like to think it would still be in the realm of facial aesthetics, bringing the highest quality skin rejuvenation treatments to patients in a way that delivers the ultimate relaxation experience to them – actually, I’ve been lucky enough to work alongside Amanda in our Face Studio who does just that every day!
My favourite thing to do on the Gold Coast in my spare time…
Anything that allows me to appreciate the beautiful location we are so lucky to call home. So many activities locally involve the Broadwater and beaches. I am enjoying my ever-growing plant collection (at home and in my surgery, check it out on your next visit). I couldn’t see myself living anywhere else.
