Dr Thomas Hughes brings a strong surgical and multidisciplinary background to Oasis Dental Pottsville, with special interests in oral surgery, dental implants, and restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Having previously worked in oral and maxillofacial surgery in Liverpool, UK, Tom brings valuable experience in managing both complex surgical and restorative cases.
His broader training spans dental implants, clear aligner orthodontics, restorative and aesthetic dentistry, supported by a Diploma in Dental Implantology and further postgraduate studies in cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
Outside of dentistry, Tom is a proud father of two girls and a keen endurance athlete, having completed multiple marathons, Ironman UK and several triathlons. He’s also a devoted Everton supporter, music enthusiast and self-confessed vinyl hoarder.

Comprehensive cases which involve tooth alignment in combination with cosmetic dental treatment such as composite bonding or ceramic veneers, which provides longevity to the bite and aesthetics. I really enjoy the surgical aspects of dental implant treatments and restoring them.

I love spending quality time with friends and family whilst dining-out. I enjoy trekking, running and cycling. I am an avid collector of vinyl records and I love attending live music events.
