Our dental implant supported dentures are scientifically tested and trailed to sit correctly and functionally inside the mouth. The dentures are custom-made to suit your facial anatomy and occlusion (bite) and will be rooted to a series of dental implants that will support the denture. A removable denture will have a series of custom-made abutments attached to the bottom of the denture so that they can be removed and cleaned.

When all the teeth are lost there is nothing left to help stabilise the denture, causing them to slip or come loose while talking or eating. Dr Firgaira is able to solve this issue by using dental implants as anchor points for the dentures to be securely fixed to, aiming to give the patient full function of the mouth and full stability of their dentures.
