Dr. Bharat Agrawal

Bharat’s practice centres on patient-focused care. He believes every individual deserves personalised attention and solutions tailored to their needs. Over the past 16 years, he has built long-term relationships with patients, supporting them through different stages of their oral health journey.

Passionate about both the art and science of dentistry, Bharat combines empathy with evidence-based techniques to deliver functional and aesthetic outcomes. He is committed to ensuring patients are fully informed of all their treatment options and involved in decisions about their care.

Bharat holds a Master’s in Aesthetic Dentistry with Distinction (MSc AesDent) from King’s College London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry from the Academy of Dental Excellence. His MSc research investigated the effectiveness and longevity of dentist-prescribed whitening techniques, reflecting his focus on scientific and clinically relevant outcomes.

As core faculty for the Australian College of Dental Practitioners, Bharat contributes to the Aesthetic Dentistry Diploma program. He regularly lectures in Australia and internationally on restorative and aesthetic topics, including ceramic veneers, Invisalign®, composite and ceramic restorations, digital dentistry, tooth whitening, dental photography, and interdisciplinary planning.

His clinical work has been published in professional magazines and educational resources. He also contributes to professional advisory boards, including Invisalign/Align’s global faculty, the Align Asia Pacific GP Advisory Board, and the GC Australasia Restorative Advisory Board. Recently, Bharat was invited to serve as a clinical clinician in contemporary research conducted by a team at the University of Melbourne.

Bharat was also invited to join the Bioemulation Group, an international collective of dental professionals focused on restorative dentistry guided by biomimetic principles. This collaborative network allows him to exchange knowledge with colleagues dedicated to preserving natural tooth structure and advancing patient care.

At Oasis Dental Group, Bharat has been instrumental in creating the framework for our practices to provide a modern, progressive environment that supports both clinicians and patients. He values a collaborative approach and is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of dentists. In his final year of undergraduate dental study, Bharat received the Australian Society of Orthodontics Prize for Orthodontics and the Prize for Endodontics, recognising his early commitment to academic and clinical excellence.

Outside the clinic, Bharat enjoys time with his wife and two sons. He is also an enthusiastic photographer, often applying this skill in treatment planning and documentation.
