Dr Andres Garay is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred dental care, with a particular interest in restorative and aesthetic dentistry. Originally from Venezuela, Dr Garay completed his dental training there before successfully completing his skills assessment with the Australian Dental Council in 2020. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Dr Garay has a strong interest in evidence-based dentistry and is committed to continually updating and expanding his clinical knowledge through ongoing professional education. He enjoys integrating modern techniques and digital workflows to deliver predictable and natural-looking results for his patients.

What I love most about my job is…
The level of detail involved in dentistry and the unique combination of art and science it requires. I also appreciate that it is a profession where you can continually refine your skills and become better over time. Most importantly, I enjoy seeing the positive impact that good dental care can have on patients’ health, confidence and overall wellbeing

When patients need to rebuild and restore a tooth or an entire smile, carefully recreating form and function to resemble natural teeth as closely as possible.
If I wasn’t a dentist, I would be…
Probably an artist, working in sculpture or painting. I’ve always enjoyed creating things with my hands and working with form and detail.
My favourite thing to do on the Gold Coast in my spare time is…
Spending time outdoors, especially at the beach or camping. I also enjoy cooking good food and spending quality time with family and friends.
