Andrew’s philosophy is simple but unwavering: patients come first, and to always provide nothing but the absolute best. With a calm, compassionate approach, Andrew is dedicated to creating a safe, judgement-free environment where every individual feels truly seen and heard. It’s this commitment to patient-centred care that inspires many to travel long distances to be treated under his care.
To Andrew, every person he treats carries their own unique story – like a puzzle waiting to be understood and thoughtfully restored. His clinical foundation is deeply rooted in the art and science of aesthetic dentistry: creating and re-constructing healthy, natural, and beautiful smiles. Advanced training at the world-renowned Kois Center in Seattle (USA), followed by a three-year intensive post-graduate residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthoapaedics (EODO) under Dr. Derek Mahony – where he graduated DUX of his class – helped shape Andrew’s deep appreciation for precision, balance and truly personalised outcomes.
His passion for surgical excellence then led him to pursue post-graduate studies in dental and oral implantology through the Cambridge Academy of Dental Implantology (UK). This sparked a global journey to further refine his skills, training across four continents under leading international specialists – from Colombia and the USA, to Portugal and Brazil – in advanced surgical techniques.
For more than a decade now, Andrew has focused exclusively on dental implant surgery and delivering the full scope of care in one place. From replacing a single missing tooth, to full-mouth smile transformations, he offers advanced techniques such as All-on-X, and remote anchorage implants (pterygoid, zygomatic, trans-nasal implants), along with complex bone and soft tissue grafting to ensure strong, stable, long-lasting results.
Beyond clinical practice, Andrew is deeply invested in education and giving back to the profession. He lectures and mentors dentists in implant surgery across Australia, and teaches as part of the Australasian College of Dental Practitioners (ACDP), The Implant Institute, and Bespoke Dental Education – where he serves as Head Instructor and leads surgical courses on alveolar ridge preservation and implantology. Through this work, Andrew hopes to elevate the standard of dental care across Australia and internationally, helping the next generation of clinicians.
Outside of dentistry, Andrew shares life (and sometimes clinical debates!) with his wonderful partner Maddy – who, in a fun twist of fate, also happens to be a dentist. When he’s not in scrubs you’ll likely find him throwing punches (with love) at the boxing gym, working just as hard on himself as he does for his patients. He’s a big believer in showing up for yourself, just as much as you do for others. In the quieter moments, he cherishes time with Maddy, his family, and close friends – grateful and always reminded of what really matters: love, laughter, and not taking life too seriously (except when it comes to teeth and implants!)
Andrew is currently a member and contributor to the following:
Head Instructor (inteGrate – Alveolar Ridge Preservation and Implantology Masterclass), Bespoke Dental Education
Lecturer and Surgical Mentor (Oral Implant Diploma), The Australasian College of Dental Practitioners (ACDP)
Clinical Supervisor and Surgical Mentor, The Implant Institute (Cambridge Academy of Dental Implantology)

The exact moment that I decided I wanted to become a dentist…
Growing up, I always wanted to become someone that could help others – directly, and with my own hands. The moment it truly clicked was when I saw how powerful it was to give someone their smile back. That first look in the mirror… it was like a weight had lifted. Their smile wasn’t just different, THEY were different. You could feel the transformation in the room. Knowing I played a part in that shift – that I helped lift that burden – was everything. It gave me a deep sense of purpose, and I knew then that dentistry would be my lifelong craft.
What I love most about my job…
Being able to help someone become the best version of themselves. It’s not just about creating a beautiful smile – it’s about listening to their story, understanding their journey, and helping them let go of fear.
My favourite type of dental treatment…
Full arch dental implant surgery (All-on-X). There’s a real art to surgery – it’s not just about ‘getting it done’, but doing it exceptionally well, and finding beauty in surgical precision. For me, “good” is not good enough.
If I wasn’t a dentist…
Doing something that lets me work with my hands, solve problems/puzzles, and help people grow. Maybe a medical doctor or a craftsman of some kind, or even something completely different like a teacher or coach.
My favourite thing to do in my spare time…
Boxing. There’s a real clarity in it – almost a kind of silence that comes when I’m fully present, in the flow, sharp and focused. The never-ending growth and levelling up is incredibly addictive.
